The body of an elderly Hermiston man was found Monday morning in a driveway on Alpine Drive.
According to the Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded around 10 a.m. to the 80000 block of Alpine Drive for a report of a body discovered in a driveway near a vehicle.
The man was identified as 76-year-old Gary H. Russell. The sheriff’s office said it was evident that he had been outside for an extended period of time. There was no signs of foul play.
