Corleone M. “Booter” Lewis died on Dec. 28, 2025 in Portland at the age of 33.
He was born on July 31, 1992 in Hermiston to Cornelious and Pam Lewis.
Booter was raised and attended schools in Hermiston, where he participated in baseball, football and basketball. He graduated from Hermiston High School in the class of 2010. Booter then attended Blue Mountain Community College for two years, where he played baseball and was on the dean’s list for both years. Booter later was the head coach for the Umatilla Vikings baseball team.
He is survived by his mother, Pam Lewis; grandparents, Eddie Joe and Emma Smith; brothers, Kiante Frick and Spencer Lewis; sisters, Rebekah and Mar’Cella Lewis; nieces, Kianna N. Samya, Whiti, Trustin, Nevaeh, and Cayah; nephews, Kortland, Kyrie, Torrion, Zion and Creed; uncles, Asa and Anthony Stine; aunt, Courtney Smith; and his very special family, Nick, Courtney, Cassidy and Harper Hutson.
Booter joins his family in heaven: father, Cornelious “Corndog” Lewis; grandparents, Richard and Alice Frick; sister, Kianna R. Frick; niece, Ayala Lewis; and uncle, Kent Frick.
In keeping with Booter’s generous and loving spirit, it was his decision to donate so that others may live and four people have already benefitted from him.

A celebration of life service for Booter and Corndog will be held on Friday, Jan. 9, 2026 at 2 p.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
