He was born on March 11, 1961 in Billings, Mont. Bryan was raised and attended schools in Portland, graduating from David Douglas High School in the class of 1979. He worked in the residential construction industry with many years installing sheet rock in the Portland area. Bryan enjoyed riding his ATV and 4-wheeling, gardening, raising pigeons, camping, and was a good automobile mechanic.
He is survived by his parents, Frank and Bette Ternes, Irrigon; brother, Dale Ternes & wife Shannon, Hermiston; sisters, Brenda Murray & husband Robert, Jacksonville, Fla., Cheryl Temple & husband Michael, Damascus, and Lynnette Veenstra & husband Cris, Portland; several nieces, nephews, cousins; and his best friend, Misty ( Bryan’s boxer).
A recitation of rosary will be held on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church with mass of Christian burial to follow.
Burial will follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Irrigon.
