Carlos Mendoza Ortiz passed away on May 29, 2026 at his home in Umatilla at the age of 81.
He was born on Jan. 31, 1945 in Michoacan, Mexico to Jose Mendoza Torres and Isabel Mendoza Ortiz.
Rosary will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church in Hermiston.
Mass will begin at 10:30 a.m. and followed by a graveside service at the Hermiston Cemetery.
Burns Mortuary of Hermiston is in care of arrangements.
