Casey J. Winters died on Sept. 2, 2026 at his home in Umatilla at the age of 33.
He was born on Sept. 14, 1993 to Jay and Lisa Normand Winters.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.
Burial will follow at the Hermiston Cemetery.
