The Tour Of Knowledge is sponsoring a presentation by Umatilla County Emergency Management Manager Jack Remillard on July 23 in Hermiston.
Remillard will present the county’s plans and preparations if there is a major earthquake off the Oregon Coast.
The free event will be at the Hermiston Blue Mountain Community College campus in Room 134 starting at 6 p.m.
