Hermiston High School FBLA repeats as State Champs

HERMISTON, Ore.-Hermiston High School’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Chapter repeated as State Champions at the recent FBLA State Leadership Conference in Portland. 

In addition to being named the State Champions, Hermiston High’s FBLA chapter also brought home the Sweepstakes Award 

Overall, 39 Hermiston FBLA members or teams placed at state, with 24 punching their ticket to Nationals in Anaheim, CA, in June, according to the Hermiston School District. 

“We’re proud to share this moment with the whole school community and thank everyone who helped prepare these students for success,” said FBLA advisors Rachel Dagley and Denise Thorton.

“FBLA success comes from more than just business classes—it’s a team effort across departments,” said Dagley and Thorton of the dedication and involvement shown by Hermiston High School staff in support of FBLA.
