Hermiston High School’s Woodshop class is selling three storage sheds.

Storage Sheds
Looking for a storage shed? Hermiston High’s woodshop class is selling three sheds with the proceeds going to support the class.
Each shed is 4 feet deep by 6 feet wide and 9 feet and 4 inches tall at the peak and will be sold by silent bid to the highest bidder. The bids can be dropped off at the high school or sent via e-mail to Douglas Gallagher at douglas.gallagher@hermiston.k12.or.us. Interested folks are encouraged to make an appointment with Gallagher should they want to see the storage sheds in person.

The storage sheds were made by the HHS woodshop class. Through the process, students learned measuring skills; how to work with various power tools such as circular, reciprocating, miter and panel saws; as well as how to frame squares, make chalk lines and work with other tools. Gallagher, the woods teacher, oversaw the building process.

Money raised from the sale of storage sheds will benefit the high school’s woodshop/construction tech program.

The storage sheds are located in the HHS wood shop, 600 S. 1st Street, on the north side of the high school. Successful bidders will need a trailer or truck to haul the shed away.
