The following are recent arrests made by the Hermiston Police Department:
Sept. 30: Jasmine Shai Abercrombie, 27, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with third-degree theft (shoplifting less than $100).
Sept. 30: Katrina Nicole Capote, 35, was arrested near N.W. Stockton Street and W. Fulton Avenue and charged with misdemeanor probation violation, felony probation violation, misdemeanor failure to appear, second-degree burglary (business), and second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) theft from building.
Sept. 29: Julio Cesar Amador Lopez, 37, was cited and released on the 400 block of N. First Place for second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
Sept. 29: Leobardo Covarrubias, 22, was arrested on the 600 block of W. Standard Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Sept. 28: Sara Silva, 26, was arrested on the 400 block of N.W. 11th Street and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.
Sept. 28: Lorena Ledesma Zamudio, 47, was arrested on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with second-degree theft (shoplifting $101-$1,000).
Sept. 28: Kiefer Samuel Broadbent, 29, was arrested on a warrant on the 700 block of W. Ridgeway Avenue and charged with two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept 27: Maria Anita Price, 40, was arrested on the 300 block of S. First Street and charged with second-degree theft ($101-$1,000) other.
Sept. 27: Joshua Robert Echols, 20, was arrested on a warrant on the 400 block of W. Standard Avenue and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 26: Elizabeth Kay Baker, 26, was arrested on a warrant on the 800 block of N. First Street and charged with felony failure to appear and two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 24: Dustin Dion Harper, 46, was arrested on a warrant on the 1300 block of N. First Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 23: Jaron Forest Olsen, 35, was arrested near E. Highland Avenue and S.E. Fourth Street and charged with restraining order violation.
Sept. 23: Leobardo Covarrubias, 22, was arrested on the 400 block of W. Locust Avenue and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft (less than $100) theft of bicycle.
Sept. 23: Noah Daley Weatherford II, 23, was arrested on a warrant near W. Hermiston Avenue and N.W. Ninth Street and charged with misdemeanor failure to appear.
Sept. 23: Justin Curtis Himes, 47, was arrested near S. First Street and Feedville Road and charged with misdemeanor driving while suspended/revoked and felony unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
