Frank Ternes of Irrigon died on Sept. 2, 2015 in Hermiston at the age of 84.
He was born on July 23, 1931 in Flasher, N.D.
Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church in Hermiston. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 A.M.
Burial will follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Irrigon.
