John Thomas “Jack” McWhinnie Jr. of Umatilla passed away on Dec. 8, 2025 in Hermiston at the age of 84.
He was born on Jan. 14, 1941 in Fall River, Mass. to John and Gladys Gustafson McWhinnie.
Viewing will be held on Friday, Dec. 12, 2025 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Burns Mortuary Chapel. Recitation of the Rosary will begin at 6 p.m. on Dec. 12, also at Burns Mortuary Chapel.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 13, 2025 at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church in Hermiston.
