Portland’s KOIN aired a segment Tuesday on Graciela Garcia, the Hermiston woman who was reported missing on Nov. 11, 2019.
On its True Crime Tuesday feature, KOIN showed portion of a podcast called Murder in the Rain in which the hosts provided some details about the case.
Garcia, 50, was reported missing several days after she was last seen in Hermiston. Hermiston Police Chief Edmiston said the department considered her disappearance ‘suspicious.’

Was Marcus D. Wise not a suspicious disappereane? Just saying all of the missing persons/people should be talked about not just the chosen few…
Totally agree! I think they should talk to a lot more folks then they have done so far. Keep asking those folks over and over again. My understanding was that the husband was cleared- two lie detectors test done. Talk to every person she had communicated with. Normally the spouse is the main suspect. She was a hair dresser she had to have had communication with her clients, or suspicious clients? What about cameras any where around there. If no cameras facing her business how about every camera two blocks around, unusual, suspicious vehicles with in two three blocks at time and date?
