Logan Grieb promoted to Regulatory Compliance Specialist position with UEC

HERMISTON, Ore.-Logan Grieb has been promoted to the role of Regulatory Compliance Specialist with Umatilla Electric Cooperative (UEC).

“During his time at UEC, Logan has demonstrated a deep understanding of the cooperative’s operations and showcased outstanding initiative and a strong ability to collaborate across teams,” said Cole Bode, vice president of engineering. “We are thrilled for him to continue to support our organization in this new role.”

Grieb joined UEC in 2021 as an executive assistant and began in his new position August 4.

According to UEC, Grieb will work across departments to manage the cooperative’s existing compliance obligations and stay ahead of future requirements as UEC continues to grow.

Griebe, of Heppner, earned a marketing degree from Oregon State University and an MBA from Western Governor’s University, while working full-time at UEC and utilizing the cooperative’s tuition reimbursement program.

According to UEC, Griebe will continue to work as an executive assistant in a limited capacity, in addition to his new role, until that position is filled.
