Michelle Weber of Hermiston died on Feb. 1, 2026 in Portland at the age of 59 after a battle with lung cancer.
She was born on May 14, 1966 in Hermiston.
Michelle was raised and attended schools in Hermiston, where she was active in gymnastics and 4-H, graduating from Hermiston High School. She was united in marriage to Russel Weber on March 11, 1985 in Hermiston.
Michelle had worked for Umatilla-Morrow Head Start for the last nine years as a fund accounting specialist. She served as a Girl Scout leader for several years. She enjoyed camping, puzzles, 4-wheeling, baking, playing cards and dice. Michelle was an animal lover with a special spot for her chickens, dogs and cats. She was very loyal and a great protector of her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Russ Weber; son, Justin Weber (Kira); daughters, Courtney Talbot (Johnny) and Hannah Weber (John); her parents, Nancy and Charlie Easton and George Barr; sisters, Lori Easton-Brooks (Donald) and Susi Barr Reynolds; brothers, George Barr Jr., George Barr III and Mitchell Barr; grandchildren, Noah, Jadon, Joanie, Rameira, Callie and Greyden; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Michelle was preceded in death by brothers, John, Kevin and Shane.
A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, Feb. 16, 2026 at 10 a.m. at Burns Mortuary Chapel, Hermiston.
A private burial will be at the Hermiston Cemetery.
