Rita Louise Luggie died on Sept. 19, 2026 at her home in Boardman at the age of 77.
She was born on Oct. 17, 1948 in Kansas City, Mo. to Arthur and Leuita Neher Philip.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2026 at 1 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Hermiston.
