She was born on Oct. 30, 1923 in Galena, Kans., to Joseph and Grace Shelton Martin.
Raye owned and operated a beauty salon in Hermiston for many years. She was a longtime member of the United Methodist Church in Hermiston.
A private burial will be held at the Hermiston Cemetery.
