Franklin E. “Frank” Cason died on Nov. 28, 2014 near Tollgate at the age of 45.
He was born on Nov. 17, 1969 in Hermiston.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, Dec. 5, 2014 at 1 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 15 Grant Ave., in Umatilla.
Burial will follow at the Desert Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Irrigon.
