Raymond Minter died on Oct. 7, 2017 at his home in Hermiston at the age of 93.
He was born on Oct. 26, 1923 in Martinsburg, Neb. to Ben and Maggie Bombar Minter.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 515 S.W. Seventh St., Hermiston.
