Stephanie Anne Rogers Heine died on May 23, 2017 at the age of 48.

She was born on April 14, 1969 in Pendleton to Duane and Donna Rogers.

She worked for the Umatilla County court system for almost 14 years in the Pendleton and Hermiston courthouses. She was sweet and always knew what to say. Her smile was gorgeous and her laugh sparkled. She was a good friend who loved inside jokes and surprising people with gifts. She always had a spare moment to help someone out.

She was gentle and she was beautiful. Her hands reached out to hold others, and her eyes saw good in everyone. She was a remarkable woman. She will be remembered as warm, kind, sweet and full of love. She walked a rough road but she is at peace now. There are so many that she touched, that she blessed. Her love is still felt, her memory is a treasure, and she will be missed every day.

She leaves behind her father and mother, Duane and Donna Rogers, her daughters, Valarie McAllister and Savannah Heine, and her brother and sister, Albert Rogers and Melissa Rogers Hoch.

There will be a private graveside service for her family members.
