Tamástslikt Cultural Institute’s outdoor living culture village will treat visitors to examples of traditional and contemporary regalia on Saturday, Aug. 23.

Visitors to Naami Nishaycht village will learn how regalia is made and from what, and listen to recorded music with regalia sounds (bells, deer hooves, jingles). Staff will share their knowledge of dance styles and history.

The village, which includes replicas of traditional and prehistoric structures of Plateau Indian people, is open each Saturday through Aug. 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
