Toni Lynn Warnock, a beloved sister, friend and spirited soul, passed away on May 27, 2025 at the age of 63 in Hermiston.
She was born on Feb. 27, 1962 in the charming town of Walla Walla, Wash. to Kenneth and Ducky Warnock.
Toni’s life was a beautiful journey of laughter, love and achievement. Her early years were spent in Milton-Freewater, where she graduated from McLoughlin Union High School in 1980. Her curiosity and passion for the world led her to the University of Idaho, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering. Her adventurous spirit took her to Reno, Nev., where she spent many years before returning to Milton-Freewater in 2015.
Those who knew Toni would tell you she never met a stranger. Her ability to connect with people from all walks of life was truly a gift. She loved to laugh and her laughter was infectious, lighting up any room she entered. Toni cherished spending time with her friends, creating memories that will be treasured forever. Toni’s faith guided her through life’s journey, providing a foundation of love and understanding. Her ability to see the good in everyone and her knack for finding humor in everyday life made her a cherished presence in the lives of her friends and family.
Toni leaves behind her loving family: her brother, Tom Warnock; sister, Lori Sasser and husband, Jeff; niece, Tara Fox; and nephew, T.J. Fox and wife, Victoria and their two children, Makinley and Trevor. They, along with many friends, will miss her dearly but find solace in the countless joyful memories she leaves behind.
