The Umatilla Parks and Recreation Department is introducing a weekly nine-hole two-person golf scramble at Big River Golf Course in Umatilla.
Games will be on Wednesdays, Sept. 14-Oct. 26 from 3 to 6 p.m. There is no season long-commitment; come and play as you please. The cost is $25 per person per week and does not include greens fees for non-members.
There will be payouts after every scramble and a variety of cash side games each week. To register, go the city’s website. Call 541-922-3226, extension 121 or email luke@umatilla-city.org with questions.
