UMATILLA COUNTY, Ore.-A woman was found safe after walking away from a work site at a ranch in Ukiah over the weekend.
The 64-year-old woman reportedly walked away from the site just before 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 5.
An ATV patrol team and some Oregon State Police Game Troopers in the area began searching after the woman was reported missing, before Umatilla County Search and Rescue and Union County Search and Rescue responded.
The woman had pre-existing medical conditions that made the search efforts time-sensitive, according to the UCSO, and a drone team, two ground teams and two ATV teams were deployed as part of the coordinated search efforts.
After almost ten hours of searching, a ground team found the woman, who was reportedly cold and disoriented, but safe around 1:38 a.m. on April 6.
