When the Epson Tour comes to Wildhorse Resort & Casino the end of this month with the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) Wildhorse Ladies Classic, young golfers will have the opportunity for free lessons from some of the LPGA’s rising stars.
There will be two separate sessions – one for the general public on Aug. 29, and one for members of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation on Aug. 30. The two-hour sessions include golf swing fundamentals, chipping, putting, etiquette, rules, snacks and beverages, and a gift.
Space is limited to the first 50 registered youth golfers for each session. Bring your own clubs if you have them. For more information and to sign up, visit the Wildhorse website.
